Merging 2 sheets

Please find the attached sheet ...which has my data and expected output, basically i am trying to document the queue time on each server and also sum of queue time for each job_id...
The total queue time is where Null is in Step Index...
strut queuetime where resource name is strut
other queuetime such as QCTCRMBLD07 where step index '0'

I am not sure how to merge 2 sheets mydata1 and mydata2 ...

Please help ...
