Conditonal Formatting

Hi all,

I have worked out the conditional formatting but i have a question.

The cell has a date which is input manually - no formulas or anything

it reads 14/09/09

however can i have the cell automattically turn red once the date =NOW() is the 15th sept??

You help would be greatly appreciated.
