Excel 2007 : Excel 2007 Reverse the Expected Output

Hope somebody can help me to reverse the process. The image above tells what i want i include the formula on how to get the grades. If the image was not shown please go to this link "http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/3927/reverseprocess2.jpg ".

Now, go to the workbook that was the source for the picture. If the workbook contains confitential information, do this:

Select E1:J30 or so (can't be sure coz your screenshot does not indicate the row number)
Copy
Open a new, empty workbook
Paste
Save
Attach to your post.

Otherwise, in order to recreate your problem we'd have to type up the screenshot and all the formulae, which nobody here will be inclined to do.

if i input 24.25 in S22 and R22=S22/0.25 the result would be 97.00. I don't know what formula or how can i revise the formula in H22 =(D20-D21)*((G22/G21)^((LOG((D22-D21)/(D20-D21)))/LOG(D23)))+D21 to make Q22 equal to 24.
