    Cannot put formula into 'if' function

    Dear excel-forum members,

    Unfortunately I'm not able to insert a excel ceiling function in a 'if' function (true).

    =IF(C7<=B1;"ceiling((B1-C7)/$B$3)";0) gives the whole string but not the answer.

    I attached an Excel file so you can check it out.
