to make a pivot table to work with an adjoining table

Hello friends!

Attached below is an example file, created to illustrate my issue. The first two columns (NAME and CAR) are a pivot table based on another table. The table right next to the pivot table is supposed to be information about the entries in the CAR column. I need these tables to work together in the sense that, any row removed from the pivot table should also be removed from the adjoining table. In short, if, for any reason, a row is removed from NAME and CAR, the same row under headings VEHICLE TYPE, MODEL NAME and COLOUR should be deleted as well. Also, if any new row is created under NAME and CAR (i.e. if any data is added to the first two columns) a new row should be added to the adjoining table.
