wrapped text?

I dont even know what to search for so if this has been answered, my appologies....
anywho, I have cells that I have chosen to "wrap text" in, when I type sometimes i want teh text to "wrap" before it gets to the end of the cell in order to keep each line in order. Usually i hit the space bar untill the text "wraps" but i was wondering if there was a keyboard shortcut to achieve this?

use ALT+ENTER at end of each section to "wrap"

thats funny, i tried "shift enter" and "ctrl enter" but not Alt enter.
