    Formula to match between two columns

    Hi Guys

    I need column F to be matched to column E, i want to see how many user id's from column F are in column E and for them to be highlighted in column E. Please note that the user id's might reflect more than once in column E.

    Here, try this with aditional helper column:

    rewards(1).xls
    Never use Merged Cells in Excel

    Not sure you need the helper zbor, you could just apply a conditional format rule of:

    Even if I didn't knew to do it I was also think what his words i want to see how many user id's from column F are in column E means... See visualy (with formatin) or see number...

    To know/store the count of instances of a given UserId it would I think make more sense to store a COUNTIF adjacent to the master list in F, no ?
