Hi folks - a relative newbie here.

I have set up a very (seemingly) simple training spreadsheet for the whole year.
Columns are headed with course names and are grouped by months with the colomn showing the intended dates of delivery.
Employee names are along the rows.
Relevant Cells are highlighted orange to show which employees need to attend which course.
Cells are left blank (white) for those employees who do not need to attend a specific course
When the employee has completed the course the date of the course is entered in the relevant cell.

What I woud like is: -
for the cell fill to change from orange to green when a date is entered
for the cell fill to change from orange to red when no date is entered (showing the employee missed the training course) and the designated month for the course has passed.

Is this possible?
