Excel 2007 : Application.FileSearch in 2007 replacement

Hi

I have the following code for a 2003 Excel document. We used Application.FileSearch, but now this has been taken out of 2007. My coding skills are very poor. I've found some to help with parts of it but not all, most of my confusion is within the loop. Can someone please help me!
