    Question high-light certain cell

How do I high-light certain cell when the total is negative:

    ="if(b5)<0"
I used conditional formatting but this formular doesn't work.

    Thanks,

    Change to

    and format as required

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

Just amend it for A1 then use format painter to copy it to A2 A3 A4
