I have 3 columns Column A for Name, Column for Job and Column for Amount.
I entered date in Row 1 to 5 as below
Name Job Amount

tairq bus 4545.000
imran bus 4445.000
tairq bus 14.000
imran car 25.000

I created a pivot talbe to sum it..that was sucessfull..

But now if i want to entered more date till row 50 or 100 and want to update the same pivot table by clicking refresh button..but it is not coming ..it is calculating only till row 5.

Pls tell me how to increase the range in existing talbe..thanks
