Excel 2007 : Extracting positive value from mixture of positive and negative value in Excell

I have 15000 X and Y Coordinates. Y coordinates are mixed with some negative values. I need to extract only the positive values along with its corresponding X value. How to extract positive value from the the mixture of positive and negative value? Any conditional statement? pls help me
