I recently got a new computer. I have EXCEL 2003. My problem is that the function RANDBETWEEN will not work. It is not even recognized. What is the situation?

Go to Tools|Addins and select Analysis Toolpak... click Ok.
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.

Click Save
