I use Excel 2007 a lot, but one quirk is driving me crazy. In Page Layout mode, when ever I try to select a cell, Excel automatically selects a number of contiguous cells. I have to switch back to normal layout so I can make selections. It happens all the time, not just once in a while. Even when I make references to cells on other tabs while in Page Layout Excel will select multiple cells in the reference and then I have to correct the formula manually.. This is probably a bug in the program. I have the same problem on two computers (both Vista), so it's not a computer or operating system problem. I hope an Excel techie is reading this. Any one else have this problem?
