How to stop scrolling

Hello friends,

I was wondering how I can stop the scrolling beyond the pages. I do not want the page to scroll down any further than the size of the worksheet.

hit alt+f11
then f4
to get the sheet properties window
then put in the scroll area as whatever size your sheet is
say a1:m23
