Conditional Formatting based on last digit

Go to :

Format > Conditional Formatting
Formula Is
=RIGHT(C8,2)=".5" Change C8 to the first cell address in your range.
Select your format.
Click OK.

Now use your format painter tool (little paintbrush icon - standard toolbar) to apply the conditional formatting to all items in your range.
