Formula? how to Link AUTOMATICALLY the SAME CELL from many excel files

Problem: I need to add all the values from a specific cell from 350 excel files (identical in format) and manual linking is...

Question: Is there a =SUM Formula that allows me to Select a specific cell like a "common denominator" (e.g. Cell F8 from the 'Daily Flows' TAB, where all 350 excel files have this tab) and type in the names of all the files?

might it look like:
=SUM('Daily Flows'!F8[Maine.xlsx;NewYork.xlsx;Iowa.xlsx;etc.])

Thanks, but I wasn't able to add the same cell from different workbooks using the Consolidation tool.
