Cell Copy problem

I'm trying to copy a formular exactly without compensation for the change of cell. So for example -

='Test Sheet Island - A KEA-01'!L184 in cell A1 to
='Test Sheet Island - A KEA-01'!L184 in cell B1

Excel automatically compensates for the change of cell so copies
='Test Sheet Island - A KEA-01'!M184

Anyone got any idea how to do this? Paste Special option don't work.
