    Help with formating 0.00

    Hi,

    I have this formula;

    =IF(ISTEXT($F$11),TEXT(ROUNDDOWN(E19/$H$11,0),"0")&" free month(s) of "&$F$11&" plus £"&E19-ROUNDDOWN(E19/$H$11,0)*$H$11,"""")

the output of this should be "8 free month(s) of HEC plus £1.20"

What I am getting is "8 free month(s) of HEC plus £1.2"

the cell format is General but even if I change it I cannot get the 2 decimal places !

    Help please

    Tepp

    replace
    E19-ROUNDDOWN(E19/$H$11,0)

    with
    TEXT(E19-ROUNDDOWN(E19/$H$11,0),"#.##")
    Does that work for you?

    perhaps change:

    E19-ROUNDDOWN(E19/$H$11,0)*$H$11

    to

    TEXT(E19-ROUNDDOWN(E19/$H$11,0)*$H$11,"0.00")

Okay, into the cell where you are getting 8 free month(s) of HEC plus £1.2
    paste this formula
    =IF(ISTEXT($F$11),TEXT(ROUNDDOWN(E19/$H$11,0),"0")&" free month(s) of "&$F$11&" plus £"&TEXT((E19-ROUNDDOWN(E19/$H$11,0)*$H$11),"0.00"),"""")
    Does that work?
