    Filtering unnecessarily hides sum total

I am using a macro to merge two lookups and format the data, including a sum (for subtotaling) at the bottom, then am filtering the data before ending the macro. In this instance I have about 600 lines of data over 12 columns.

When I come out of the macro the sum line shows two lines below the last data line. But if I filter the data in any manner it then filters to the line just below my sum.

I've tried selecting my range to filter but that does not seem to work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Post your workbook with the code and someone will take a look.
