I have a set of cells that I want centered on the paper -- I want the text in the cells to be left/right justified as normal, but I want the cells themselves to be centered.
Can this be done?

Select the set of cells and go to File|Print Area|Set Print Area
Then go to File|Print Preview and in the Print Preview screen click Setup and go to the Margins tab... at the bottom you can click Center Vertically or Center Horizontally.
This will center the set of cells you selected.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
