Match and Index

Hey guys, I normally paste all the hourly data in, and it totals the sums at the bottom. I then copy and paste special the values to the current date below. Then on the other sheet I find the data, per date and column name for each corresponding column on the other sheets.

The thing is, I need the formulas on the second sheet to be flexible so if I move the columns around or add/remove columns on the first sheet, the formulas and data on the 2nd sheet still work correctly. I know there's a simple way to do this with indexing, but I'm blanking here...any help is appreciated!!
