Conditional Formatting: highlight numbers higher then previous values

    Hello All,

I have a question about using the conditional formatting function to highlight all the numbers in a series that are the highest. I am creating a list of area sales for different franchise locations, and I want to highlight the months they did better than their previous best. In other words, if the numbers were $12, $15, $13, $17, and $16, I would want the 15 and 17 highlighted. Is that possible?

    Thank you in advance,

    Patrick

Maybe an example workbook would help. Here's an attached example in practice and it works like I believe you are requesting.
