    Excel and Lotus Notes

Is there a way to take information from an Excel file, post it in Lotus Notes and return it to Excel?

I have an Excel spreadsheet where I'm constantly adding new information. I have to email various parties to get updated information for the sheet, which they send to me, and I type manually into my sheet. Is there a way to create an Excel form in Lotus Notes that I could send out, the parties enter, and then when the information is returned to me, I can simply copy and paste it into my sheet? I know this can be done via attachment, but it would be easier for the parties to simply enter a few numbers in a form. Thanks for any suggestions.
