Copying Data to another Sheet

Hello, I am trying to create a spreadsheet which contains a list of Incidents with a status of "Open" or "Closed"

There are two sheets in my workbook. One with all the Incidents and statuses. I would like the other sheet in the workbook to copy data from the other sheet into the cells of that sheet where the status is "Open"

I've attached an example sheet.

I can't think of a formula that can pull in all the data from a different sheet that contains a value. Can anyone help?
