Excel 2007 : Vlookup returns 0 when trying to link 2 worksheets

Hey there i have a really weird thing happening right now usingvlookup the answer i get is zero this is what im trying to do i have 2 sheets on sheet 1 i have a master list of column a names colum b emails and on another i have a colum b with the same names and in colum c i have blank im trying to autofill in the email addresses in colum c from the list in sheet1 when i enter the name if anyone could help would be greatly appreciated
