Spliting one column to two separate columns

I have a column with structure of TEXT1 - TEXT2; how I can split this columns to two columns as

A B
TEXT1 TEXT2

[contaminated]

The simpliest solution is Data>Text To Columns

Highlight your values
Go to Data>Text To Columns
Click next and in 2nd step type dash in "ther".
Click finish
