Football fixtures and league creator

Hi everyone.
Im trying to create a football fixture list and when the results are inputted i need a table to be updated. I have searched endlessly on the net and to no avail. I found one program but its only works for 20 teams, i need one for 18 and 22; when i add the extra 2 teams or delete 2 teams (to make it 18) the fixtures are not updated at all.
I have until Aug 7th to find one!! if anyone can help with one, or help with the one ive found please help me! Thank you.

Thanks for that Armando but thats the very one im having trouble with. Its ok for 20 teams, but when i add 2 more, or decrease it to 18, it doesnt work. Im so frustrated as this is so close to working.
