    Try the attachment.

    I've created a user defined function (latest date) to calculate the last job for each technician and an event driven macro which re-sorts the order list every time a change is made to the sheet.

    You will find the code for the UDF on the module1 tab and the event driven macro on the sheet1 tab in the VB editor (Alt F11).
