'#VALUE!' result is upsetting my graph, can anyone help?

Attached is my sports betting spreadsheet although I have taken out 90% of it just leaving the 2 problems I have. The problems have been described in detail on the spreadsheet, but here's a brief overview.

    1) The second sheet records information from the first sheet only if a certain condition is met. At present it is not recording all of the rows that it should.

    2) In the second sheet the 'Bank' column is returning '#VALUE!' in cells where row information has not been added yet. Is there a way of having this formula automatically copy itself down onto the next row when new row information appears?

These questions will make a lot more sense once the spreadsheet is viewed. Thanks in advance.

    Try in G13

    =IF(F13<>"",SUM(G12+F13),"")

Thanks very much, that's great - solved my secondary problem.

Any ideas on how to solve the 1st problem? That is my main concern.

    Thanks.
