Return the value from specified coordinates from a grid

One more problem...

I already asked how to find coordinates, now it's the opposite.

I'm posting an example of a grid with coordinates, I need a formula which will tell which values are inside the cells with specified coordinates.
So, I need a formula in the yellow cells, the first result should be M, because at coordinates 0;1 there is an M.

Hope somebody can help again...
