Help with a Formula :(

Hello all you amazing people. I really need your help again!

I am writing a quite simple spreadsheet for some friends and really need an expert to help if they can. I have attached the spreadsheet for anyone to see and comment on. If some kind soul could quickly write the formula then I would be extremely grateful! If not a simple explanation would also be wonderful. I am not so good at writing complex formulas like this.

Anyway, It’s quite simple really. I have one spreadsheet with three sheets. (See attachment). I really want the highest score in each row of the named cells called POWER (The Power Colum) to auto go to the top of the list (Marked in RED cells). Meaning the highest score goes to the top and the 2nd, 3rd ect go under that. But I want the whole row that cell is connected to the cell to go up with the power cell so the info is saved. I need this in each of the three sheets.

I have tried to read the help files but I just get lost So any help would be wonderful.
