Duplicate data finder/remover

Hi,
I am so frustrated.
I have a list of emails in column A (15,000+ records).
I have a list of emails in column B(3,000+ records).

I am trying to 1) find the duplicates.
2) If it is a duplicate record, I want to remove the original record AND the duplicate record.

Is there a simple way to do this? Please help!!!

Can you Upload your Sheet with Sample. If Possible with Expected Result.

put them all in one column(i.e.paste col b below column a) make sure you have a column header

then in say c2 put
=COUNTIF($A$2:$A$500,A2)>1 (adjust range to your last cell)
drag to end of list, you will get true/false: true if more than 1
auto filter on column with true/ false
filter on true

select all the rows shown (by clicking on row number and drag down)
right click
delete rows
turn autofilter off.

Hi,
I know how to get the duplicates-but I want a quick way to delete the original AND the duplicate record. In my example, I have sorted my data & plugged in a formula to find duplicates.

i.e.
aaguirre@nationalnotary.org Original record
aaguirre@nationalnotary.org Dup

I want BOTH aaguirre@nationalnotary.org gone w/o having to do manual manipulations.
