    calendar based on report?

    I have a report which has a few columns

    Account Name - Sales Number -Ship Date - Due Date

    Is there anyway to take this information and put it into a calendar by ship date or due date??

    Yes, but some workbook example (with some imaginary data that represent real workbook) would be helpfull
    Never use Merged Cells in Excel

    nevermind i figured out outlook can import what i need -
    however is there a way to automatically get rid of extra blank rows?

    Outlook calendar formatting/editing is very limited.
    Now that you have it in Outlook, you may want to consider getting exporting it back to Excel or Word for full editing to meet your needs. You can do this with a 3rd party app called wincalendar. For more info see:
