working hours (24hr format)

Hi!

Please see attached, i have been working on this for days with no results it has been a complete nightmare

i would extremely appreciate anyone helping with the formula that i would need to total the number of hours each person works. the problem i am incurring is with the night shift guys, they start at 22.30 and finish at 06.30 - this is when my formula collapses

please see attached, it should be clear, i would like a formula for the pink area i have highlighted which is total hours for that day worked -(minus) they're break.

any help would be really really really appreciated!!!

last question.....how about the formula for totalling the sum of all hrs worked that certain day.
