Automatically Adjusting Cell Values

Thanks for your quick reply.

Attached is an example of what I am talking about. I am wanting the yellow margin figure to automatically update with any changes to the manufacturing cost so that the model balances.

I think that it is probably pretty basic but I just cant seem to work it out!
