Sales Pipeline

Hi,

I am trying to implement a pipeline mgmt system within my organisation. The pipeline is not based on $$ target but on number of companies that allow us distribute for them.

Has anyone seen any templates on the net or have any experience on this. I have a fairly basic template designed mainly using qualifying questions that are grouped using the "IF" function.

Based on the true or false answers each prospect is assigned a place on the pipeline e.g 0%, 25% 50% 75% or 100%. There is alot of manual work involved. I need it to auto-populate.

Can anyone help me out?

The attachment performs the 'workings' in place with the data entry sheet. I don't understand what the Pipeline sheet is supposed to do.

Hi,

I am hoping that the pipeline sheet will auto-populate with the results from the workings assigning the into either the 0%, 25%, 50% or 90% columns. I am hoping this will help my sales guys manage their pipelines and hit target more often.

I am hopeful it is possible...

Just transpose the table and AutoFilter.

Can you have it auto filter so it shows the Company 1 as a 0% 25% 50% or 90% of making the sale?

I uploaded a simplified version in my earlier post. Just use the AutoFilter drop-downs that start in column M to select companies that meet whichever criteria.
