Using a pivottable to calculate total rejection percentage

    Hi All,

I have a document which is trying to work out the total percentage of rejections from a list.

Here is a picture of my data
    \1

And this is the Pivot table at current
    \1

As you can see it's summing the percentages which is not what I want to achieve.
For example, Supplier A - Chocolate. It has summed 5% of 100 and 5% of 200 and given a figure of 10% total rejection which is incorrect (It's summed the %figures).
What I want it to do is give me the actual figure for percentage rejected based upon Total Rejected/Total Recieved *100.

Many thanks for any help you can provide.

In order to show the percentage rejected for each product you will need to create a calculated field:

    Formula: SUM(Rejected)/SUM(Received)
    Formatted as a percent.

    See attached.
