Loading Analysis Tool Pack w/o CD

Can someone please tell me how I can load the analysis tool pack without the CD for excel 2003 and 2007? Thanks.

The Functions are available without installatin in 2007.

In 2003 it should be installed in the normalset up process, just go to Tools -> Addins & check it in the addin list
