Sports day changes

Help...Sports day is on Friday and I cant do this! On the 7g tab is the new look sports day that is not working. There now are 4 houses not tutors and there are 2 entries per house not 1 per form. This seems easy but is crazy! I have adjusted the points on the points sheet and you get 3 points if a new record is achieved.

If you compare 7g tab and any other you will see the difference. Can anyone please help!
