Do you want to take the values in Column D and convert them (in Col D)? or convert them in a different column (e.g. E)?
If in column D. In a blank cell, put the conversion factor (today it's 0.615)
Copy that cell (Control - C is the shortcut)
Highlight/select your data in Column D
Edit>Paste Special> Multiply
Change your formatting if necessary.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

Column D currently has prices in USD's. I want to convert column D to GBP. I would like to set this up so that every time the worksheet is opened, it is refreshed with the current conversion rate.
