Question Find Min then Copy Cell Content

Hi, I have a list of values that are the following:

    Column A: City Name
    Column B: Distance to destination

Is there a command to find the minimum value in Column B and then copy the corresponding city name into a cell of my choosing.

If anyone knows I highly appreciate it.
