i encountered a barrier as i was trying to transfer a static force analysis problem to spreadsheet.
what i want to kno is
1. is there any way to use variables (read x,y, i,j etc like in algebra) in excel and simultaneously solve them directly?
i've tried the matrix inversion to solve linear equations but i need to generate formule in unknowns and solve them.
anyone any idea?
