Comparison of data in columns

Could anyone of you help me with the following scenario................I have two excel tables(lists of companies with its scrip code)that have the same structure.First column is code(unique number) and second column is company name etc... There are some companies that appear in both tables. I need to compare those lists and cut companies that appear in both lists and paste them in sheet3 or the other column. Search should be done by its code(unique number) (first column).......Thanks in advance

Use a match function to simply find the Dubs
