Pivot Table help

I'm trying to specify what I want in a pivot table. how do I get this done? I'm using Excel 2007 and was told I need to do an advanced filter but I don't know how to.

In the Insert Tab off the Main Ribbon menu.. you will see Pivot Table at far left..
