i need help with this, im trying to create a sheet which when a button is click then 1 is added to the total starting from zero, then if i click another button 1 is subtracted from the total? any help would be welcomed cheers.:):)

why not use a spinner button from the forms toolbar? link it to cell required say a1
that goes from 0 to 30000
if you want -ve numbers link to cell say b1 and in a1 put =b1-15000 then type 15000 in b1 to reset a1 to 0
