When I place a Forms toolbar combox box (Excel 2003) on a new worksheet, and then right-click it, I get a menu with "Move here/Copy here/Cancel".

How do I get the context menu with "Cut/Copy/Paste/Assign Macro/Format Control"?

The odd thing is sometimes (once in 20 clicks or so), I'll get the right context menu.

In Excel 2007, the Forms combo box works as expected.

I've tried selecting the control first and then right clicking. That doesn't help. Nor does activating the Forms toolbar.
