Excel 2007 : PivotTable: how to manage filters?

Hi everyone!
I'm working on some data in order to make a statistical analysis... I aim at building a double entrance table (and I guess that Pivot table is the proper tool to cross-report data).
As you can see from the attachment file, I've got to analyse 2 different fields (field 1 and field 2) which are numericals...
can't I set specific numerical criteria for each field to build up a 2x2 table?
