sumproduct formula with two criteria

Hi there..

I have tried the following formula:

where as you can see I have a criteria:
'1PL'!$G$31:$G$300=$Q920

I would like to add another criterion to the formula:

'1PL'!$C$31:$C$300=1

How do I do this?
