Importing Excel to Outlook Express

I've recently started a business and have all my e-mail addresses in an Excel file. Is is possible to transfer all at once to the address book in Outlook Express? If so, please tell me how.

Hi there,

If you save your Excel file as a .csv file you should be able to import it into Outlook.

There's plenty of help online. Here's a start, or just Google it.
